Construction Management
Estimé Enterprise is performing construction management at one of the US Army Corps of Engineers projects at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, where Estimé is managing construction of the Belvoir community hospital—which will be a state-of-the-art facility.

Environmental Consulting
Currently, Dr. Estimé serves as the lead consultant on an U.S. EPA funded project to clean up crude oil pollution in the Yellow Delta River (YDR) Region of China.

Project Management
Estimé is currently providing all labor, materials, equipment and support for the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) strategic Planning Cell for the US Army Armor Center and School, at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This project requires, among other things, development of detailed plans for executing the BRAC 2005 relocation from Fort Knox to Fort Benning, Georgia.
